Our mentoring programs offer an opportunity to work one-on-one with an experienced arts mentors.
Twelve arts organisations are currently participating in our Arts Fundraising Mentorship program for 2017/18, and 5 QLD based arts organiations will participate in our Arts Leadership Mentoring pilot program for 2019.
Successful organisations nominated their mentee, a lead fundraiser, development manager or equivalent, and have been matched with an experienced arts fundraiser or leader.
Over a period of 11 months mentors and mentees work together to set organisational goals while developing skills, methodology and a strategy for fundraising in their organisation.
These mentorships are not intended as an individual professional development opportunity; rather, as a capacity-building opportunity that will provide long-term benefits for organisations as a whole.
