We're offering a one-off matched funding initiative to first-time users of the Australian Cultural Fund to give fundraising campaigns a boost.
Are you thinking about running a fundraising campaign for your next artistic project?
If you’re new to, or have never used the Australian Cultural Fund (ACF), our fundraising platform for Australian artists and arts organisations, you’re eligible to apply for a $2,000 matched funding boost to put towards your project, thanks to our Plus1 program.
ACF Boost will match donations raised by ACF fundraising campaigns dollar for dollar, up to $2,000 per campaign, provided you raise more than $2,000 in donations through the ACF by 30 June 2018.
The initiative is open to new ACF artists and arts organisations nationwide and across every artform. Applications close Monday, 30 April 2018.
Why we’re offering this initiative
ACF Boost is designed to help artists secure new supporters, run a strong fundraising campaign and build a sustainable practice.
What’s more, not only will ACF Boost match donations dollar for dollar, all donations over $2 to the Australian Cultural Fund are tax deductible.
What you need to do
Visit the ACF Boost page on the Australian Cultural Fund website for full guidelines and eligibility.
You’ll first need to register your profile and create your campaign to be eligible. If you’ve registered as a new user of the ACF on or after 1 February 2018, you’re already eligible to apply.
Chances are you know someone who is. Be an ACF ambassador and spread the word about this great initiative. You might even think about mentoring an ACF first-timer to help them achieve fundraising success.
*ACF boost is open to artists and arts organisations who have registered with the ACF for the first time on or after 1 February 2018.
